Lets get started then, shall we?
I'm addicted to blusher - I've got more blushers than anything else in my collection and this gorgeous blush palette from Make Up Revolution has been getting some serious love lately. These palettes are just amazing. This one is the Sugar and Spice powder blush palette, but the cream versions are pretty amazing too.
Its got a gorgeous mix of corals, roses and pinks as well as some highlight shades too. Its rare that I've reached for anything else this month, because this palette just has it all, and for £6, you really can't go wrong.
Another Make Up Revolution fave this month has been the Ultra Velour Lip Cream in the shade 'What will it take to make you love me". (Who comes up with those names?!) It looks much brighter in person than it did on the website - its not a shade I would normally reach for and it took me a while to give it a go. Once I did, I realised that you can actually vary the shade of this - with a light hand you can get a nice flushed just bitten pink, or if you pack it on, you get a real bold colour. The formula is really nice too - buttery on the lips, it doesn't cling to any dry patches, bleed or fade in any dodgy patterns.
This time last year, I was in love with the Caudalie Beauty Elixr, and when I saw that I had some Birchbox points left after my subscription ended, I thought I'd try out something else from them. This Grape Face Spray isn't as amazing as the Beauty Elixr, but it is still pretty amazing. I use this in a couple of different ways - after cleansing both morning and night, if I'm feeling particularly hot and sweaty or if I feel my makeup is just a little too flat and needs a bit of a pick me up. The spray is really refreshing and moisturising. It's really great for the warmer days, and I like to keep it in my handbag for a quick spritz when I need it. Its an aerosol too, which I much prefer in face sprays, because its much finer and easier to control.
A bit of a random thing to be loving, but this deodorant from Mitchum is pretty darn good. I'm pretty sure someone like Essie Button recommended this at some point, so I had that in the back of my mind when I went to pick it up. The scent is a typical powdery smell, but the thing that's soo good about it is that it keeps your underarms fresh for ages. Even after the gym there's no BO - #winning. I love cream deodorants, because they don't irritate me, and help keep the skin nice and hydrated.
Powder is also pretty much essential for me in the summer months, but I want to mattify my skin without it looking flat. The Avon Flawless CC pearls are ideal for that. The pearls are made up of 5 different colours - cream, lilac, green, peach and yellow, each with the purpose to illuminate and correct. I use these all over to set and mattify my oily t-zone, whilst adding a glow to my complexion. Nothing I hate more than my makeup looking completely flat.
I've also been loving a basic blast from the past - John Frieda Frizz Ease. The summer humidity plays havoc on my hair, especially as most of the time I'm too bloody hot to bother blow drying. This works perfectly to smooth down the hair cuticles making my hair completely frizz free.
What are you currently loving at the moment?
I can't wait for pay day, my wish list is getting longer and longer by the minute.
