I've been looking at ramping up my Skincare regime now winter has finally reared it's ugly head. My skin has turned dry and dull and in desperate need of an extra boost. At the moment I don't have the pennies to buy anything new really, but when I saw this on the shelf of my local B&M for no more than £2 I thought I might as well give it a go, and I was really pleasantly surprised!
This little bottle of goodness is absolutely amazing for the price. It's comparable to the Caudalie SOS thirst quenching serum - it's not quite as moisturising but it does a pretty cracking job.
I use about 5-7 drops of this on my face of a night - I ususally rub it between my palms then pat into clean skin and let it sink in, It doesn't have the same amount of hydration as the Caudalie, but this does sink in really really well, and helps my night cream absorb faster too.
The thing I really love about this is how fancy it feels. It's in a glass bottle which gives it a very high end touch, almost copying one of the well known night repair serums *coughs* Kiehls *coughs*. The little pipette is brilliant too. It means that you are really in control of the amount of product you use - I find it really hard to squirt too much.
The consistency is quite silky, almost milky like and there's no tacky feeling to the skin after using this.
But what you really want to know is - does it work?
I found after day 1 of using this, my face in the morning seemed much more settled (mega hormonal breakouts ATM) there was less patchiness and I almost looked a little brighter, Absolutely amazed at the results from such a cheap product. Really didn't expect it.
I've seen some hair care in this range too - I'm really considering giving them a go too!
Have you tried this? Or the high end counterparts? What do you think?
