Instant Dry from Bourjois

This is another little purchase based on the recommendation of the lovely Anna from Vivianna Does Makeup. I'd seen this floating around for a while and just wasn't convinced it would work. Even if it did, I imagined it to leave behind oil and grease, so up until now I didn't fancy it.

Recently, I've become so lazy in looking after myself that doing my nails often falls right at the bottom of my to-do list. I have very little time to myself, but when I do, I like to give myself a quick mani before dashing out the door. I almost always smudge my nails being impatient and end up removing it all anyway!

Killing some time in Boots and wanting to take up full advantage of he 3 for 2 offer, I picked this up, hoping that it would speed up the mani process. I'm so glad I did. It is so easy to use, and I was pretty amazed at the results! You literally drop a tiny drop of this onto each nail after painting and your nails will be pretty much dry to the touch in under 60 seconds. Maybe sooner, but I didn't want to test it too early and smudge my nails! After giving it a full 5 minutes just to be safe, I was good to go! Amazing!
There was no real oily residue either, I just wiped anything left away with a tissue and everything looked perfect!

And for £5.99 for a bottle that will last me ages, I'm so glad I gave in and picked it up!

Have you tried this before? What did you think?

  1. This sounds so good. I always mess my nails up after spending ages painting them. I will see if I can track this down
